- ISRO Layout, Bangalore. USA clients that included, painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry works and fixing of a new water level controller. We were able to find a good tenant and have closed the rental deal.

This project was one of the complex projectsthat we have handled so far. The apartment was not well maintained by the previous tenant. Our project involved many works namely, Painting, changing of all electrical fittings, plumbing works, installing of pigeon net, shifting of unwanted furniture to another flat of the owner and finally installation of new kitchen interiors. Apartment needed extensive maintenance worksas it was not maintained by the previous tenant. Successfully completed all the maintenance works that included Painting, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry and deep cleaning.
