1) Manager – Client Relations

Graduate with more than 10 years of experience in the service industry, preferably in banking or a non-banking financial company. The candidate should have good verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word being essential. The candidate must own a two-wheeler and hold a valid driving license, as the role may require regular meetings with clients.

2) Assistant Manager – Civil, Renovation & Interiors 

Graduate in Civil Engineering with more than 5 years of experience in a construction related company. The candidate should have experience in independently handling renovation projects and possess good verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is mandatory. The candidate must own a two-wheeler and hold a valid driving license, as the role may require regular visits to project sites.

3) Assistant Manager – Facilities Management

Graduate with more than 5 years of experience in Facilities Management, with strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is essential. The candidate must own a two-wheeler and hold a valid driving license, as the role involves frequent visits to project sites and meetings with clients.

4) Finance and Accounts Executive 

Commerce graduate with 2 to 3 years of experience working in the Accounts Department of a reputed organization. Must have hands on experience with the latest version of Tally, GST, Professional Tax (PT) and other applicable regulatory requirements. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is a must.

5) Operations Support Executive 

Graduate with 3 to 4 years of experience in a reputed organization, with good verbal and written communication skills. The candidate must have knowledge and experience in Real Estate Operations and other related operational activities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is essential.
