● Managed end-to-end wedding event that included, booking of wedding hall, fixing the catering contract, booking hotel accommodation for both parties, organizing the flower decoration, arranging the transport fleet, Airport pick up and drop and on-site management of the event, monitoring the two days event with full participation of HGV team. This project was for one of our domestic clients.
● Completed renewal of Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for the elevator that was long overdue. Completed installation of Auto level controller through our regular vendor. This project was for our USA client.
● Apartment needed extensive maintenance works as it was not maintained by the previous tenant. Successfully completed all the maintenance works that included Painting, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry and deep cleaning. The flat was handed over to the new tenant and completed all the documentation as per our laid down procedure. This project was for our USA client.
● After the previous tenant vacated, we identified a new tenant and completed the required maintenance works namely, painting, plumbing, electrical and deep cleaning and handed over the independent house to the new tenant as per our laid down procedure. This project was for one of our domestic clients.
